Man it sucks having to work today…especially since it’s Maryellen’s birthday. I really don’t know why we’re here today. I was kind of busy this AM, but since noon, it’s been a struggle to keep my eyelids open. One great benefit of being one of the few working today, the commute in was a breeze. In fact, I was doing 10MPH over what I normally do on just about every stretch of my drive because it was like driving through a ghost town. The stores were packed though once I got to Monroe St.

I’m not sure what to expect for the drive home…I don’t know if things will be busy with shoppers or if they’ll be dead because of no commuters heading home. Guess we’ll just have to wait and see now won’t we?!
