Now THAT’S football!!
The OSU/BG game was a great time!! I really think BG should have won…3 plays away from it…. Oh well. Ohio State knows how to host a football game though. 104,000 fans! It was simply amazing.
The OSU Marching Band simply IS the Best Damn Band in the Land! They are the bar all other marching bands strive to reach. PERIOD! BG was lucky enough to take our band down, and I’m sure it was a great learning experience for those kids, but when the OSU band came on and played “Fight the Team Across The Field” I had goosebumps and a lump in my throat. Maybe it’s because I’m a bando…or maybe it’s because I love sports, but I think it’s just because those kids were so damn crisp and so damned perfect with every move they made. It was teamwork at its finest. The band is a single entity made up of 225 individuals being the best they can be…
I’ve never been an Ohio State fan (Go Blue) but I can’t deny that they know how to have fun and how to host a football game!

Yeah, I was a bit disappointed that we didn’t get the game in any non-pay-per-view markets….I was really hoping BG would pull it off! I’m not an OSU fan either, but I’ll root for anyone who beats Miami… 🙂
