The Point on gay day
Getting psyched up for our (almost) annual trip to Cedar Point on Father’s Day!!! We first went 5 years ago I think, right after my dad died, and learned that it’s a fantastic day to be there!! The combination of families wanting to be with their dads on Father’s Day, and the fact that homophobes (ummm, all of Northwest Ohio??) will stay away from anything called “Gay Day,” make for small(er) crowds, short(er) lines and just a fantastic experience!! AND there’s no better place to people watch than Cedar Point on Gay Day!
We didn’t make it there last year… it’ll be a great adrenaline rush and a wonderful day to blow off some steam! Come on “out” and join us if you’re in the area!
